The initial consultation involves a detailed review of health history and current concerns. Assessment focuses on identifying contributing systems and establishing an appropriate treatment direction. An FSM session is included where indicated.

Follow-up consultations are used to review response to treatment, refine focus and adjust treatment as needed. FSM is included where appropriate.
The timing and frequency of follow-up sessions are guided by individual response rather than a fixed schedule.
